Our Customized Approach - Organizational

There are three types of conflict management interventions Linda Toyo Obayashi is qualified to provide you with:

  1. Preventative approach - early intervention that addresses the normal everyday differences that arise. Through conflict resolution skills training, management coaching and program implementation, employees and executives learn new skills. Facilitation and ombuds services are helpful in identifying and resolving conflict early.

  2. Initial intervention - this pertains to informal complaints. Once acknowledged, this type of conflict is handled informally through a pro-active approach. Mediation is helpful in resolving the conflict at this stage before the parties become entrenched in positions.

  3. Late state conflict - this type of conflict involves formal legal claims, and a collaborative solution is developed by the parties. The parties have already filed suit. Ninety percent of claims are settled and she assists parties to resolve differences before unnecessary legal expense, time and stress mount up.

Linda Toyo Obayashi has successfully mediated numerous cases and her clients are satisfied with her results, are confident that they have achieved a fair settlement, and have therefore, eliminated the risk of an adverse and contentious outcome.
